P20 Series Air Conditioning Limit Control - field replacement pressure cutout control with screwdriver-adjustable setpoint and trip-free manual reset.
These air conditioning limit controls are specially designed for package residential or commercial air conditioning units. They are for use with all non-corrosive refrigerants within pressure range of controls - water or air cooled. They may also be used for refrigeration applications where a fixed range setting is acceptable. Models are provided for low side pressure, high pressure or dual pressure and may be supplied with automatic recycle or manual reset.
The P20 Series are field replacement high and low pressure controls for non-corrosive refrigerants. They include a dust-tight contact unit with quick connect connectors, and a 36 in. or 42 in. capillary with 1/4 in. sweat section. The setpoint is screwdriver adjustable.
Series P20 controls feature many desirable advantages not found in any other controls. Exclusive, service proved pressure element (about the size of a quarter) provides accurate repeat performance - with substantial safety factor for long life under extreme operating and equalized standby pressures. Controls are compact and ideal for panel mounting and all applications where space is at a premium.

DASH-NUMBER SETPOINT NOT OEM-DOCUMENTED. The P20GA-9024 sub-model is not itemised in the Johnson Controls P20 selection chart, which lists only the P20BB-1C (open on fall, 7 to 150 psi, manual reset, opens 40 psig), the P20DB-1C (open on rise, 100 to 425 psi, manual reset, opens 400 psig), the P20GB-1C (SPDT open on rise, 100 to 425 psi, manual reset, opens 360 psig) and the SPDT P20EB-1C, P20EB-18C and P20EB-2C models. Within the series the P20G designation denotes a SPDT, open-on-rise, 42 in. capillary control, nominally 100 to 425 psi (690 to 2,930 kPa) (see P20GB-1C). Both high and low pressure controls are factory adjusted to equipment manufacturers' specifications, so verify switch action, range and factory setting from the control label before fitting.

EXCLUSIONS. This warranty does not cover (a) any failures which are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship, including without limitation, failures caused by accidents, inadequate maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage, and normal wear and tear, (b) any consumable parts or accessories, such as cutter blades, nut splitter chisels, punches, dies, chains, wedges, and strands, that are designed to wear over time or through use of the Product, or (c) electronics, motors, batteries, and engines, as these items are warranted by their manufacturer.
WARRANTY RETURNS. No Products shall be returned without prior authorization from B2E Surplus. Buyer shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of Products to B2E Surplus’ designated service location.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
