The Metasys® Network Control Engine (NCE) Series controllers combine the network supervisor capabilities and Internet Protocol (IP) network connectivity of a Network Automation Engine (NAE) with the Input/Output (I/O) point connectivity and direct digital control capabilities of a Field Equipment Controller (FEC). NCEs provide a cost-effective solution designed for integrating central plants and large built-up air handlers into your Metasys networks.
All NCE models provide IP Ethernet network connectivity, the Metasys Site Management Portal User Interface (UI), and the network supervisory capabilities featured on NAE35/NAE45 Series network automation engines. All NCE models provide connectivity to and supervisory control of a specified field bus trunk with up to 32 field controllers.
All NCE models feature 33 integral I/O points and a Sensor Actuator (SA) Bus, which allows you to increase the NCE's I/O field point capacity and integrate NS Series Network Sensors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) into your NCE application.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In the event that B2E Surplus determines that a Product contains a defect in materials or workmanship, then B2E Surplus, in its sole discretion, will (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the Product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. EXCLUSIONS. This warranty does not cover (a) any failures which are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship, including without limitation, failures caused by accidents, inadequate maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage, and normal wear and tear, (b) any consumable parts or accessories, such as cutter blades, nut splitter chisels, punches, dies, chains, wedges, and strands, that are designed to wear over time or through use of the Product, or (c) electronics, motors, batteries, and engines, as these items are warranted by their manufacturer.
WARRANTY RETURNS. No Products shall be returned without prior authorization from B2E Surplus. Buyer shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of Products to B2E Surplus’ designated service location.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL B2E SURPLUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
