Application - For modulating or on-off control of dampers in HVAC systems. Actual actuator sizing should be done in accordance with the damper manufacturer?ó?é¼?äós specifications. Control is on-off from an auxiliary contact of a fan motor contactor, or a manual switch. The direction of rotation is reversible, for use with a floating point type control. The actuator mounts directly to the damper operating shaft with a universal V-bolt clamp assembly. Operation - The universal mounting bracket supplied with the actuator will prevent lateral movement of the actuator. The damper actuator is not provided with and does not require any limit switches, but is protected against overloading. The angle of rotation is mechanically limited to 95?é??. When reaching the damper or actuator end position, the motor stops automatically. The gears can be manually disengaged by simply pressing down the spring loaded button on the actuator cover. When this button is pressed down, the damper blades can be adjusted by hand. The position of the actuator is indicated by a visual pointer. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS BUYERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. EXCLUSIONS. This warranty does not cover (a) any failures which are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship, including without limitation, failures caused by accidents, inadequate maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage, and normal wear and tear, (b) any consumable parts or accessories, such as cutter blades, nut splitter chisels, punches, dies, chains, wedges, and strands, that are designed to wear over time or through use of the Product, or (c) electronics, motors, batteries, and engines, as these items are warranted by their manufacturer.
WARRANTY RETURNS. No Products shall be returned without prior authorization from B2E Surplus. Buyer shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of Products to B2E Surplus designated service location.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
