LR250 & PT250: these sensors feature a 1/4 inch (6,4mm) diameter smooth barrel design, and are usually held in place in a clearance hole with a small set-screw. Optional mounting blocks (shown below) are available. Model SMB250 holds the sensor in place with two setscrews. The block is then mounted to a bracket (such as model SMB300), or directly to a machine frame with two #6 screws.
