The Allen-Bradley 800T-D6J is a red jumbo mushroom head push button from the Bulletin 800T 30.5 mm oiltight range. Radwell specifies it as a push button, momentary contact, 30.5 mm non-illuminated, metal, Type 4/13, no guards, mushroom head, red, jumbo mushroom head plastic, no contacts on operator.

A jumbo mushroom head is deliberately easy to hit. The large domed head can be struck with a palm, a forearm or an elbow without looking for it, which is why the style is used for stop and emergency-stop duty - and why the head is red and, on this device, unguarded.

Note that this operator is supplied with no contacts on the operator: contact blocks are ordered separately and latched behind it, which is what allows the same head to be built into a one-contact stop or a multi-contact master stop.

Bulletin 800T is Rockwell Automation's 30.5 mm oiltight pilot device line - the metal-construction range rated NEMA Type 4/13, and the classic heavy-duty push button size for machine tools, presses and plant control stations. Rockwell's 30 mm push button specifications note that 800T units with stackable sealed switch contact blocks carry a maximum continuous current of 2.5 A, and that units with 800T-XAV contacts reach 24 A - the reason a 30 mm station can switch a starter coil directly where a smaller device could not.

WARRANTY RETURNS. No Products shall be returned without prior authorization from B2E Surplus. Buyer shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of Products to B2E Surplus’ designated service location.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL B2E SURPLUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
