The actuator is mounted directly to a damper shaft up to 3/4Â" in diameter by means of its universal clamp, or up to a 1.05Â" jackshaft with the optional K4-1 clamp. A crankarm and several mounting brackets are available for applications where the actuator cannot be direct coupled to the damper shaft. OPERATIONS: The actuator is not provided with and does not require any limit switches, but is electronically protected against overload. The angle of rotation is mechanically limited to 95°. When reaching the damper or actuator end position, the actuator automatically stops. The gears can be manually disengaged with a button on the actuator cover. The position of the actuator is indicated by a visual pointer. The anti-rotation strap supplied with the actuator will prevent lateral movement. The AM24-S US version is provided with two built-in auxiliary switches. These SPDT switches are provided for safety interfacing or signaling. The switching function is adjustable between 0 and 95°. EXCLUSIONS. This warranty does not cover (a) any failures which are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship, including without limitation, failures caused by accidents, inadequate maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage, and normal wear and tear, (b) any consumable parts or accessories, such as cutter blades, nut splitter chisels, punches, dies, chains, wedges, and strands, that are designed to wear over time or through use of the Product, or (c) electronics, motors, batteries, and engines, as these items are warranted by their manufacturer.
WARRANTY RETURNS. No Products shall be returned without prior authorization from B2E Surplus. Buyer shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of Products to B2E Surplus designated service location.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL B2E SURPLUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
